The 105th Hispanic Baptist Convention of Texas hosted by the Office of Hispanic Ministries of the Baptist General Convention of Texas will be held June 28-30, 2015 at Hyde Park Baptist Church in Austin TX.
Pastors, church staff, evangelists and lay people of all ages representing 1,100 Hispanic churches from across the state will join together to celebrate the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. The gathering will serve as a time of celebration, renewal and encouragement for young and old alike. The convention’s program will consist of worship services, practical seminars and refreshing fellowship.
We feel that our vision of assisting churches and other ministries in fulfilling the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ is something that we share. Because of this vision, we want to extend you a personal invitation to be an exhibitor at our annual celebration in June. Below is the tentative general schedule for exhibits.
The basic cost for an exhibit space is $249.00. High traffic spaces have been identified and will be offered at the special rate of $349.00. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-received, first-served basis. Telephone drop lines will NOT be available and electricity connections will be limited. Your completed registration form and fee must be received prior toJune 1, 2015. Upon receipt of your completed Exhibit Registration Form and the appropriate fee, your space will be reserved and a confirmation notice will be sent to you via email. No spaces will be reserved until form and payment are received.
Due to the outstanding response we got from exhibitors the last few years, we’ve decided to offer you special booth packages that combine the basic or high traffic booth spaces with different sizes for ads in the printed program. For details on prices and sizes, please see the attached Booth Registration Form.
If you choose a package that contains a printed ad, please provide us the ad by April 15,2015. Ads can be in color, at no extra charge, and should be submitted to our office as a high resolution press quality PDF file for the best printing possible.
The exhibit area will be located in the Fellowship Hall of Hyde Park Baptist Church. Attendees will be encouraged to frequent this area and visit the exhibits. The exhibit area will be open at all times except during the evening Plenary Sessions.
We encourage you to provide give-aways, product samples, and/or brochures with information. We are expecting at least 3,000 people in attendance. The sale of products is prohibited, unless otherwise approved by the Office of Hispanic Ministries. If you are authorized to sell, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Each exhibitor is responsible for securing their own merchandise.
Because of the limited exhibit space, please make sure that you send us the completed attached form and payment as soon as possible. Exhibitors are responsible for transporting displays and materials to and from the event. No materials or displays should be sent to the church or our office at any time. All displays and materials are to be brought by exhibitors between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 28th.
